How to Treat Sweaty Hands and Feet

It involves getting two bucket like containers and filling them with water or a mixture of water and glycopyrronium. This is a solution that inhibits sweat gland activity. After soaking your sweaty hands and feet, be sure to dry them completely. If you need to, use a hair dryer so that your skin is completely dry. Apply baking soda or a talcum powder to your feet and shoes.

Sweaty hands and feet should be kept try as much as possible. Carry extra socks with you during the day, so you can change when you need to.
