Just add a couple of tps. of sage leaves to a cup of boiling water. Steam it for a few minutes. Drain off the liquid and drink it. Most people who use this method of treatment drind a cup in the morning and a cup in the evening.
5. Modify your diet. Reduce the consumption of complex carbohydrates because these pretty much turn to sugar in your body. Reduce the consumption of sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Make sure you get enough calcium and magnesium in your diet. Magnesium has been known to control under arm perspiration. Reduce the work load on your digestive system by eating more fresh fruits, vegetables and fish or chicken. By reducing the work load, this should reduce the amount of sweating your body does. Reduce or eliminate alcohol consumption and caffeine consumption.
6. Use mind control and meditation to help you get control of your bodily functions. To many people this sounds silly, but it is real. You can do a lot to control how your body functions. Try it for a few weeks. You will be surprised at the positive effects you will see.
